Fashion Editorial: What’s Broski to you?

Warning: Please read the following at the risk of having severe ‘nose bleed’.

Move over A&F boys, I have just found something that will make you guys look like child’s play.

Call it what you want but this fashion spread by Rick Day in Fantasticmag, is the ultimate homoerotic tease at its best – to the the power of 2 actually. I saw this spread circulating around on Facebook and knew immediately that this will make a great Sunday treat on my blog.

I was intrigued by the word “BROSKI” on the opening of the spread and went to Google for a definition, and lo and behold, look what I found on the Urban Dictionary.

In a common term, the word “broski” is really a slang for the word “brother” (as in this case the twin broski Marcio and Marco Patriota in the spread) and what I love was another definition for it.

Broskis are guys that would do anything for each other, excluding: homosexual activity, dressing up in women’s clothes, and lending a shoulder to cry on (broskis don’t cry) – Urban Dictionary.

It went on further to detail a Broski Creed and Laws of Broski ( go read it, it’s fun)

As Broskis, we pledge our allegiance to one another. Through the brightest days and the darkest nights, we shall walk together. In sickness and in health, we shall party hard. All Broskis are made equal and shall be treated as such. This is the code of the Broskis.

I like to create and experiment with new looks for myself.

Activewear, or clothes with sporty details, is a big part of my wardrobe.

I wear it on the weekends because it's comfortable and unfussy.
