US retailer Saks Fifth Avenue is launching their in-house private label at the Pitti Uomo in Florence.  Saks Fifth Avenue presented its Spring Summer 2014 Men’s Collection to international buyers under the fitting theme of distant journeys.

The luxury menswear line was launched in 2009 in three separate segments, under the direction of its own creative director Kim Herring, available only in USA. But from next year, the brand will be targeting the international market  and exporting the prestige of the Saks name.

Next summer, outerwear, footwear, accessories and leather will complete the brand’s ready-to-wear offer. Saks Fifth Avenue boasts about its use of artisan craftsmanship with luxury materials sourced in Italy (including Loro Piana fabrics), French nappa leather and a touch of denim available in a varied range that even includes denim printed swimwear.
