This is the first collaborative effort between His Style Diary and street style blog Garbagelasap. The street style photographer was in Tokyo recently and contributed to photographs in this post, capturing the unique fashion style of the Japanese men. The men in Japan never fail to amaze me with the way they mix and match their apparels and accessories to reflect their individual personalities.

In these both example(above and below), both gents took a simple square base knitted tie as the centrepiece of their attire and created 2 unique looks: one takes on a preppy boyish style paired with a cap and bold horizontal striped shorts from Thom Browne, and the other reflecting a casual feel in a navy chino and duo-tone loafers from United Arrows, topped with a panama hat to create an artistic style.
