With a new big-budget owner – Mayhoola, an investment vehicle backed by the Qatar Royal family – and Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo Piccioli as design duo, Valentino is looking to launch its menswear collection via a network of stores in luxury capitals of the world. Paris is the chosen starting point, where the luxury fashion house has its opulent headquarters in the famous Place Vendôme.

Taken off the streets in Paris during the week where major brands like Louis Vuitton, Hermes, YSL and Kenzo just to name a few, showcase their Fall Winter 2012 collection. On the 1 Dec, Christopher Bailey hosted an event to celebrate the opening of the new Burberry flagship store in Paris, making it the fourth Burberry store in France.
While the shows during this period is focused mainly on the women's wear, we will just have to wait till January 2012 to see the men's show. But Paris is a fashion city whole year round, so I thought taking the occasion to compile these street fashion photos of men on the street of Paris.
