Come 17 November, H&M will be launching it’s Versace collaborative venture, joining the list of other designers such as Jimmy Choo, Lavin, Comme de Garcon who have lend their name to the widely popular retailert. For the Singapore fans, this is the very first designer collection since H&M opens its door here in September. I am really keen to see if we (Singaporeans) will be joining the mad rush to grab hold of this limited edition capsule collection.

The Versace’s men’s collection for H&M is a mix of slick tailoring infused with Versace’s eccentricity and masculinity, the result is an extensive range of menswear clothing that features bold colors, tropical and animal prints. Suit jackets and trousers come in either black or pink, while a black tuxedo jacket has metallic tip trims on its pockets, and shirts have metallic wing-tips on the collars. Versace’s palm and optical prints are used on T-shirts, as well as on thin-knit cashmere sweaters, while print is also used on velvet bombers, jeans, and even underpants.

There’s leather in the men’s collection too, with a quilted leather jacket trimmed with gold studs in the Versace classical Greek pattern, which is repeated down the sides of black cotton shorts and a rolled-sleeve T-shirt. Accessories include embellished beanies and patterned caps, embellished or print scarfs, as well as hi-top sneakers and the perfect dress shoes.

For those of you who wants to buy the collection, I will strongly advise that you get there early and get into the front of the queue as the collection comes in limited pieces and will run out quickly, be prepare to run and dash when the door opens.

Do share what you buy from the collection by dropping me an email at hisstylediary@gmail.com. (I will upload them on His Style Diary Facebook page)
